Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure that every student receives dedicated time and preparation, the following cancellation terms apply:
1:1 In-Person Classes
Full refund: if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and the booking was made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. 50% refund: if cancelled more than 72 hours before the class. No refund: if cancelled less than 72 hours before the class, or if the booking itself was made within 72 hours of the class. Group In-Person Classes Full refund: if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and the booking was made at least 72 hours before the class. 50% refund: if cancelled between 72 and 48 hours before the class. No refund: if cancelled less than 48 hours before the class, or if the booking itself was made within 48 hours of the class.
1:1 Online Classes
Full refund: if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and the booking was made at least 48 hours before the class, or if cancelled more than 48 hours before the class. No refund: if cancelled less than 48 hours before the class, or if the booking itself was made within 48 hours of the class.
Group Online Classes
Full refund: if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and the booking was made at least 48 hours before the class, or if cancelled more than 48 hours before the class. No refund: if cancelled less than 48 hours before the class, or if the booking itself was made within 48 hours of the class.
⚠️ Important:
Short-term bookings made within the 72-hour (in-person) or 48-hour (online) period cannot be cancelled without penalty. These policies help protect reserved time slots and venue commitments.
